CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Normal check-in is 2:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 p.m. However, I'm flexible depending on in-coming or out-going guests. For the comfort of the other guests, no check-ins after 10:30 p.m. or check out before 7:30 a.m. unless arranged with innkeeper ahead of time.
There is a 2 night minimum . I accept traveler's checks, money orders, cash or personal checks only. Sorry, no credit cards. There is a 12.5% bed tax.
Deposit requirements: To hold any specific dates, I require the first night's deposit. There's a 48 hour cancellation policy for a refund of any reservation of 7 days or less. No refund if cancelling a reservation of more than 7 days.
**Everett Street Guesthouse is a non smoking, no perfume environment. Please note that I do have one cat, should you have any allergy problems. The cat is not allowed in any of the guest rooms.
THE WELLFLEET ROOM
The Wellfleet Room is 11 x 18 feet, has a queen-sized bed, sitting area with comfortable chaise, walk-in closet with dresser and has tons of windows which overlook the back deck. There's an am/fm clock radio with CD player and white noise machine. The bathroom is one door away, with a clawfoot tub and shower. Private bath if Sophie's room is not rented.
$80.00/1 or 2 people + 12.5% occupancy tax including continental breakfast.
SOPHIE'S ROOM
Sophie's Room is a 9 x 12, queen bedded room with walk-in closet, bureau and chair. If rented in conjunction with Wellfleet Room, it would share the bathroom. Singles only.
