The Wellfleet Room is a comfortable, light and airy 12 x 15 ft. room with a queen sized bed, sitting area with chaise, walk in closet and lots of windows overlooking the back deck. Shares the bathroom with one other person if Sophie's room is rented; otherwise private bathroom.  A recent addition is a 3rd bedroom on that floor that's been made into a living area for guests with t.v., dvd library, comfortable sitting area.

                                       SOPHIE'S ROOM  (1 person only)

Sophie's Room is a small, but cozy 9 x 12 ft. room with queen sized bed, chair, walk in closet.  Shares the bathroom with 1 or 2 people if the Wellfleet Room is rented.  

 

     SEPARATE GUEST COTTAGE   

Studio cottage has kitchenette, tiled shower, washer/dryer, private patio garden, shared deck with B & B on same property, t.v./wifi/dvd library, ceiling fan.  $100.00/night or $650.00/week plus 12.5% tax and $100.00 security deposit for any stays of a week or more.  Three night minimum.

                                          CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Normal check-in is 2:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 p.m.  For the comfort of the other guests, no check-ins after 10:30 p.m. or check out before 7:30 a.m. unless pre-arranged.

There is a 2 night minimum.  Personal checks or cash are preferred.  I accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, traveler's checks,  and money orders.  There is a 12.5% bed tax on any stays of less than 30 days.  Breakfast is included.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:  The first night's deposit is required to hold any dates.  A 50% refund will be made for any cancellations made 48 hours in advance; otherwise, no refund.   While I would prefer a check for your deposit payment, you can use a credit card if necessary.  I will send along an invoice through Paypal which allows you to pay through them even if you don't have an account.  If you can use a check or cash for the balance of your stay when you're here, it is greatly appreciated.
